HDFF’s two-day Advanced Management Skills training for general public, government and UNorganizations’ personnel as well as corporate personnel focus on major risk for designing, implementing and evaluating projects. This training concentrates on the identification and mitigation possibilities of project related risks as well as financial risks for projects and organizations. The training is conducted by internationally experienced and culturally sensitive facilitators in an utmost participatory way.
